This project by Models Leisure Ventures offeready-to-move flats, which suited my busy schedule. The location in Tiswadi, North Goa is developing nicely. It’s reassuring that the building was completed in May 2022. Being close to a major hospital like Manipal Hospitals Goa (1.6 km) adds to the convenience. While the project itself is good, I found the internal roads within the complex a little narrow for easy maneuvering of vehicles, especially during peak houHowever, the overall construction quality and the developer's track record are positives.
