We just bought our fit flat at Models Marine Castle in Caranzalem, North Goa. It's a 2 BHK and the built-up area is 814 square feet, which feels quite spacious for us. Being ready to move in was a huge advantage as we didn't want to wait. The location is really good, very close to Sharada Mandir School, practically nearby, which is perfect for our future needs. We visited the site a couple of times and the construction quality seemed solid for its age, given it was completed in 2010. The team from Models Construction Pvt. Ltd. Was helpful in explaining the process. The only slight concern is that traffic can get a bit busy in this part of North Goa during peak hou, but we think it's a small trade-off for such a prime spot.
