My partner and I booked a 2 BHK at Model Ayesha Awas. We liked the layout options, especially the 428 square feet carpet area. The project by Model Civil Contractor is still under construction, with a planned completion date of January 2025. The location in Patuli is developing nicely, and it's good to have amenities like 24/7 water supply and power backup. We visited the site, and the construction seems steady. The only drawback is that the surrounding roads can get quite dusty during construction, and parking might be a bit tight once everyone moves in. However, the proximity to Kavi Nazrul Metro Station is a big plus for our daily commute to the IT hubs.
