    I needed a place that was close to work and amenities, and MMB Seven Hill fit the bill. The 3 BHK flat is quite spacious, around 1290 sq.ft carpet area, which gives me plenty of room. Being ready to move in was a huge advantage as I didn't want to wait. The lift is a convenience, especially after a long day. My only minor issue is the traffic on the main road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but it’s manageable. The location in Mavdi is developing, and I feel it’s a good place for me right now.
