MM Enginee& Consultants has been in the market for a while so I felt okay about the purchase. The location at Ashirbad Enclave seems decent for future appreciation. It is a builder floor style property which usually has good rental demand. My only worry is that the occupancy certificate is still pending, which makes me a bit nervous about the paperwork side of things. I hope they clear this quickly so I can lease it out to someone soon. It is a decent bet for someone looking to hold for a few yea, but definitely do your own research on the legal status before signing the final pape
