The price range from 55.73 Lakh to 87.99 Lakh is a significant investment for us, but we believe it's a good step up from our current rental. The proximity to the Government Bus Stand (7 mins) is useful for commuting. We are also looking forward to the 24x7 water supply and power backup. Completion is slated for November 2026, and we are eager to move in. MM Engineeand Consultants is building this.

The amenities like lifts and intercom are standard but good to have. The developer, MM Engineeand Consultants, seems professional. I am a bit concerned about the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but the internal lane access might help.
