Finding a home near good schools was my priority. MM Lilabati Complex is close to ODM Public School, which is fantastic for my kids. We opted for a 2 BHK apartment, around 1059 square feet. The children's play area is a big hit with my little ones. The cycling and jogging track is also great for family activities. The price was within our budget, about 30 Lakh. MM Engineeand Consultants provided power backup, which is essential. My only worry is the parking space, it looks a bit tight for multiple caOtherwise, the location in Kalarahangar is convenient for daily needs and the Vastu compliance is a nice touch.

My only reservation is about the distance to the main commercial hubs; it's close to the nearest bus stop, which might be inconvenient sometimes.

Being ready to move in since March 2013 was a relief, no waiting period. The Vastu compliant design was important to us. The swimming pool and gymnasium are nice additions for staying active. The MM Lilabati Complex is located in Patia, which is a developing area. The only slight concern is the traffic on the main road during peak houIt can get a bit congested. The price was around 27 Lakh, which felt manageable for a fit-time buyer. MM Engineeand Consultants offered basic amenities like a gymnasium and landscaping. The location is decent, close to L V Prasad Eye Institute. However, the OC received status is not available, which is a bit concerning for a new buyer like me.
