We looked at the 2 BHK which is 1050 square feet and the 3 BHK which goes up to 1265 square feet. The prices are reasonable, starting from 43.05 Lakh. We liked the idea of a gymnasium and indoor games for unwinding after work. The only concern we have is the dust from nearby construction, which can be botheome sometimes. We are still considering our options but this is definitely a strong contender.
