After yeaof renting, we finally bought our own 3 BHK in MM Indramani Enclave. We needed more space as the kids are growing up. The built-up area is around 1025 to 1108 square feet, which is ample for our family. The location in Chhatra Bazar, Bajrakabati is decent, although the approach road could be a bit wider. It’s good that the project is ready to move in; we didn’t want to wait. MM Engineeand Consultants are known for their work in Cuttack. Having the Secondary Board High School and Mahapatra Hospital practically at our dootep is a huge advantage. It makes daily life so much easier. We feel it is a good value for money purchase for our growing family.
