As a retired professional, I was looking for a comfortable and well-located place. MM Bhavani Nagar in Chromepet offered a 2 BHK flat with a built-up area of about 820 Sq.ft, which is quite spacious. The price was in the upper range, around 24.6 Lakhs, but given it's ready to move and completed in 2013, it seemed reasonable. The proximity to PARVATHY HOSPITAL at nearby is a significant advantage for my healthcare needs. The connection to the Chennai Theni highway is also good. However, I must mention that the dust from the construction in nearby areas can be quite botheome at times. The lack of specific details on amenities and the OC received status is a minor worry, but overall, it’s a decent living space.

We recently purchased a 2 BHK flat in MM Bhavani Nagar because of its convenient location. SHIKSHAA PUBLIC CBSE SCHOOL is nearby, which is fantastic for our children. The built-up area for our flat is 762 Sq.ft, giving us enough space. It is a ready to move property, completed in 2013. The price was around 20 Lakhs, which fit our budget. The only issue we are facing is the traffic noise from the nearby Chennai Theni highway, especially during peak houOtherwise, the proximity to the school and the metro station (4.46 km) makes daily commutes manageable. We are still waiting to hear about the OC received status, which is a bit concerning.
