The location in Porur, Chennai West is convenient for daily errands. I appreciate the Vastu Compliant design. The landscaping looks nice. It's ready to move in, which was a major factor for me. My only minor issue is the traffic on the main road can be heavy during peak houBut overall, it's a peaceful place to stay. The rainwater harvesting is a good feature for Chennai.
