V Public School Bariatu and Orchid Medical Centre, both literally nearby. That’s a huge benefit for families. The Ranchi Bus Stop being so close is also very convenient. A minor concern is the parking situation; I hope they have enough dedicated spots for residents. The power backup is a good amenity to have, especially during monsoon season. Overall, it seems like a promising project.

V Public School Bariatu is right there, zero kilometeaway, which will make school runs so much easier for our kids. We are considering a 4 BHK, which has super builtup areas between 2215 and 2365 square feet. That gives us a lot of space. The project is under construction and set to finish by November 2026. One thing we noticed is that the area might get busy with traffic, especially with the school and hospital nearby. But having the Ranchi Bus Stop also at nearby is convenient for other travel. We need to make sure the noise levels are manageable once we move in.
