The project is ready to move, which was ideal for my needs. One thing I noticed is that the traffic around DLF Ankur Vihar can get quite heavy during peak hou, making access slightly challenging at times. The builder, MK Develope, has provided amenities like fire sprinkleand power backup, which are good safety features. The proximity to the school is a definite plus. The construction seems solid overall, and the price is competitive.
