It being ready to move was important as I couldn't oveee construction from abroad. MK Infra Group is the developer. Having Maharishi Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School and Lifeline Hospitals at nearby distance means they have easy access to essential services and education for visiting grandchildren. It’s a 3 BHK, which should be comfortable for them. The connectivity via Anna Nagar East Metro Station, nearby, is also good.
