Being a ready to move property was a big advantage as we didn't want to wait. The builder, MJR Builde& Develope, provided basic but essential amenities like a children's play area and 24x7 CCTV surveillance. The location near Jillelaguda in South Hyderabad is relatively peaceful. My only slight worry is the distance to the Dilshuknagar Metro Station, which is just over 2 kilometeDaily commute might be a challenge for some.
