This is my fit property purchase, a 2 BHK in MJR Platina. The built-up area is 1030 Sq.ft, which feels just right for me as a single peon. I was impressed by the wide range of amenities offered, especially the business suites and the table tennis facilities. The price of 87.88 Lakh for the 2 BHK was within my budget. It's a ready to move property, so I didn’t have to wait. The developer, MJR Builde& Develope, seems to have a good track record. I am happy with the decision so far.
