The price was about 2.54 Crore, which was within my budget after getting a loan approved. It’s a ready-to-move property, which felt safer for a fit-time buyer. The developer, Mittal BrothePvt Ltd, has a history of completing projects, which gave me confidence. The amenities like the children's play area and landscaped gardens are nice for future use. The only thing is the parking seems a bit tight, especially if you have guests over.
