I live abroad and was looking for a secure and comfortable home for my parents in Bengaluru. Mittal Buildehave a decent reputation, and Mittal Elanza is ready to move in. My parents liked the spacious living areas in the 1430 square feet 2 BHK. They also appreciate the waiting lounge and the gymnasium. The location in North Bangalore, Yelahanka, is relatively peaceful. The only slight concern is the distance from the main shopping hubs, but they have hospitals and schools nearby. The price for their unit was around 1.35 crore.

The apartment feels very airy and has good natural light. The proximity to Thanisandra Main Road is convenient for our commute to work. We also liked the Infinity Pool & Sky Garden – it's a great place to relax. The price was around 1.85 crore. The only issue we've faced is the water pressure on higher flooduring peak usage times, which can be a bit low. Construction quality looks good though.

The price point of about 1.2 crore felt manageable for a fit-time buyer. I liked that the project has a gymnasium and a swimming pool. It's also good that it's ready to move in. The location in North Bangalore is developing well. My main concern is the lack of readily available OC details; it makes me a little uneasy about the future. But the builder, Mittal Builde, seems experienced.
