The ready-to-move status meant I could settle in quickly. I liked the security features like 24x7 CCTV surveillance and the fire fighting system. The lift is essential for me. The location in South West Delhi is accessible. My main concern is the parking availability; it seems a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles. The builder, Mittal Builde, has provided basic but functional amenities.
