The price was attractive, starting at 30.6 Lakhs. Being ready to move in was a big relief, and the completion date of June 2023 was already passed. The location is great, very close to the metro station (0.3 KM) and main roads like Najafgarh road. Mittal Buildeincluded necessary amenities like car parking and lift(s). My only concern is that the rooms feel a bit small, especially the bedrooms, even for a 530 sq.ft unit. But for a fit home, it seems like a decent start.
