We are teachelooking to upgrade from our rental apartment. Mitta Orrin offevillas, and we are considering a 4 BHK. The sizes range from 2497 square feet up to 3158 square feet, giving us plenty of options. The inclusion of solid waste management and rain water harvesting shows some thought towards sustainability. The proximity to Heelalige Railway Station, nearby, is very convenient for my commute. Mitta Group seems to be putting in good effort with features like 24x7 CCTV surveillance and 24x7 water supply. The price starts at 2.77 Crore, which is definitely an upgrade from renting, but we believe it's a worthwhile investment for the space and amenities. The large backyards are a big draw for us.

Also, Sarjapur Attibele Road can get congested during peak hou, so we hope the internal roads within the community are well-planned for easy access. However, being under construction until December 2027 means a long wait. Also, Sarjapur Attibele Road can get quite busy, and I wonder about the traffic and noise levels once the area is more populated. The price is 2.77 Crore onwards, which is substantial but within our approved loan limits. My only concern is the status being 'under construction' with a completion date in December 2027. This is a long period, and we are worried about potential delays or dust during the construction phase. Also, we need to check the water supply reliability during peak summer.
