After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to stay. Mitra Spring Woods offered a 2 BHK flat with a built-up area of 1260 Sq.ft. The space is adequate for my needs. I liked the Landscaping & Tree Planting feature, it makes the surroundings pleasant. The price was reasonable, approximately 45 Lakh. Being close to Vydehi School of Excellence (8 mins) is good, even though I don't have kids, it means the area is well-developed. The project is ready to move, which suited my timeline. One concern is the noise from the nearby ITPL Main Road, which can be noticeable at times.

We were looking for a larger home for our growing family and decided on a 3 BHK in Mitra Spring Woods. The built-up area of 1374 Sq.ft is spacious enough for all of us. The price was around 50.84 Lakh, which was at the higher end of our budget, but the location on ECC Road, close to ITPL, made it worthwhile. We were also impressed by the Landscaping & Tree Planting, it gives a nice green feel. The project is ready to move in, which was a big plus. However, the traffic on ECC Road, especially during peak hou, can be quite frustrating. Also, the proximity to Manipal Hospital Varthur Road could be better.

We have been renting in Whitefield for yeaand finally decided to buy our own place. Mitra Spring Woods looked promising. We are looking at a 3 BHK, around 1345 Sq.ft, as we need more space. The price point for this configuration, starting around 50 Lakh, is a bit high for us, but we are managing. The location near ECC Road and close to ITPL is ideal for our commutes. We visited the site and the construction quality seemed decent for a 2013 project. The children's play area is a good feature for when we have guests with kids. We are still waiting for clarity on the OC received status, which is a bit concerning.

My main concern is the lack of updated OC status, which I am trying to verify. Overall, a decent buy for rental income.
