I purchased a flat in Mistry Town Phase 2 because I wanted a place of my own in a good locality. Fatehgunj is a prime area in Vadodara, and it’s quite accessible. The project is ready to move, which means I didn't have to wait long after booking. Mistry Infrastructure has maintained the property well. I particularly like the high-speed elevato; they are quick. The 24x7 water supply is also a major plus point for me. The nearby Eugene Dwar is a nice landmark. The only drawback I've noticed is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, which can be a bit annoying sometimes, especially when cleaning. Otherwise, the security and internal roads are satisfactory.

This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Mistry Town Phase 2. I visited the site a few times before deciding. It's ready to move in, which was a big factor for me. The developer, Mistry Infrastructure, seems reliable. The nearby hospital, Aadicura Supepeciality Hospital, being nearby is a huge relief for my parents. I also like that EME School is also nearby. Getting around is easy because it's close to the main Fatehgunj area. The security cabin and power backup are good features to have. My only reservation is that the rooms feel a little smaller than I had imagined from the brochure, but for a fit home, it’s a good start. The price was on the higher side of my budget.

However, the connectivity to the main road could be better; you have to navigate through some internal lanes. Also, I haven't seen a lot of information on future appreciation, but the current rental demand in the area is decent. Valet parking is a nice feature but not something I use often.

We moved into Mistry Town Phase 2 with our two children. The biggest advantage for us is the proximity to EME School, which is literally nearby. It saves us so much time in the morning. Aadicura Supepeciality Hospital being so close is also a comfort for any emergency. The Mistry Infrastructure team has provided good amenities like a security cabin and consistent water supply. The internal roads within the complex are smooth for our kids to cycle on. We chose this project because it was ready to move and offered a good community feel. My only slight worry is the parking situation; it can get a bit crowded during evenings when everyone returns home. Otherwise, we are happy with the purchase.
