We are looking at the 3 BHK villas, which are spacious, ranging from 1059 Sq.ft to 1102 Sq.ft. The price is in the upper range, around 30-32 Lakhs, but the location advantage is significant. We are a bit concerned about the dust during construction, as it's still ongoing in some parts, but we hope it settles soon after completion.
