We opted for a 1144 Sq.ft plot, priced around 42.88 Lakh. Mindcomp Dwellings Llp has provided essential amenities like a children's play area and Vastu compliance, which we appreciate. The location near National Highway 48 is good for commuting. However, the plot prices range up to 1.44 Crore for larger sizes, which is quite steep for us teacheAlso, the access road to the project could be better maintained; it's a bit narrow and rough for about 200 mete, making occasional commutes a little bumpy.
