We decided to upgrade from our rental apartment and chose Minar in Nungambakkam. We looked at a 2 BHK which is 1150 square feet. The location is excellent, very central and easy to access. It's great that it's ready to move in, so we could shift immediately. The proximity to Kilpauk Metro Station at 1.25 kilometeis a big advantage for our daily commute. We were a bit concerned about the age of the building, as it was completed in 1995, but the structure seems sound. The only downside we've noticed is that the ventilation in some rooms could be better, especially during humid Chennai weather. Still, it's a good upgrade for us.

We were looking for something ready to move in Nungambakkam and found Minar. The 1150 square feet 2 BHK seemed like a good size for us. It's really convenient being so close to the Kilpauk Metro Station, makes commuting to our IT jobs much easier. The area is quite developed, with Maharishi Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School right next door which is good for future planning. The building itself is quite old, built in 1995, so we expected some wear and tear. The parking can be a bit of a squeeze during peak hou, which is a minor inconvenience. Overall, it's a decent place for the location and it being ready to occupy.
