It's close to the Venice Mall, which is nearby. The price of 53.16 Lakhs was a bit more than I initially planned, but the availability of amenities like a children's play area and the gymnasium made me feel it was worth it. The fact that it's ready to move in January 2024 is great because I don't want to wait too long. I did notice some dust on the roads leading to the project, which is a bit of a concern, but hopefully, that will improve once more residents move in.
