The children's play area is quite nice, and the project includes a cricket pitch which my son is excited about. Its location near VIBGYOR High school, nearby, was a major deciding factor for us. We are considering a 3 BHK, which has a super built-up area between 1420 to 1490 square feet, giving us plenty of space. The Olympic size swimming pool is an added attraction for the whole family. The gated community offegood security. However, the traffic on Varthur Road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is something we need to get used to.
