The project by Midas Touch Infrastructure India Pvt. Ltd. In Manikonda, Khajaguda seemed to tick most boxes. The apartment size is 1620 Sq.ft and cost around 97.2 Lakhs. The price felt a bit on the higher side for a 2012 completion project, but the amenities like the club house, swimming pool, and tennis court are quite appealing. The nearby schools and hospitals are also a plus. I am a bit concerned about the OC not being available though.
