The location on OMR in Padur is quite good, with easy access to the main road. It's a short distance OMR itself, which is very convenient for daily commute. The project includes a jogging track and landscaping, which are nice additions for a healthy lifestyle. I also appreciate the 24x7 water supply and power backup facilities. The price starting at 1.14 Crore seemed fair for a villa. My only concern is that the internal roads within the community could be a bit wider, but it's not a major issue. Overall, it's a solid property.
