Finally decided to book my fit home at MF Skyon Heights. It feels great to be a homeowner in Chala after looking at so many options in Vapi. The 2 BHK layout is quite decent with 740.02 square feet of space which is enough for now. I was worried about the construction timeline but MF Enterprise showed me the site progress and it looks like they are moving steadily toward the March 2029 date. The proximity to the bus stop is a major benefit for my daily commute. I hope the finishing work is as good as the planning. It is a big commitment but I feel comfortable with the developer reputation so far.

Finding a flat near a good school was our top priority. St. Francis Secondary and Higher Secondary School is just one kilometer away from MF Skyon Heights, which is perfect for our children. The community hall and the open areas will be great for the kids to play once the project is finished. MF Enterprise has included some really good features like an RO water system and a proper lift system. The construction is still ongoing until March 2029, so we have plenty of time to plan our finances. We visited the location twice and found the approach roads to be in decent condition, which is a relief.
