    I just moved to Bengaluru and needed a place close to the National Public School, which thankfully Metropole is right next to. It is also very close to Narayana Nethralaya Eye Hospital, which was a major factor for me. I purchased a 1064 sq.ft 2 BHK apartment. The price point for this size and location was around 40.42 Lakh, which felt reasonable for a ready-to-move-in property. The construction was completed in January 2019. The developer, Sriven properties, seems to have focused on essential amenities like lifts and 24x7 CCTV surveillance. My only small concern is the proximity to Anjanapura Main Road itself, which can get quite busy during peak hou, but thankfully my apartment is a bit set back. The overall feel of the community is quite decent, and I am settling in well.

Being ready to move in was the main reason we chose Metropole by Sriven properties. We liked the landscaped gardens and the swimming pool area. It's close to Vajarahalli Metropole Station, nearby, which is helpful for commuting. The nearby Bannerghatta Biological Park is also a nice weekend getaway. However, the dust from the ongoing development around Anjanapura Main Road can be a bit annoying at times. Also, the maintenance charges feel a little high compared to similar projects we looked at. Despite these minor points, we are happy with our decision so far.

    We were looking for a spacious property for our family and settled on a 3 BHK in Metropole by Sriven properties. The built-up area for our apartment is around 1625 sq.ft, which is quite generous. The price was on the higher side, touching 61.73 Lakh, but the quality of construction and the amenities offered made us feel it was justified. They have an olympic size swimming pool, a volleyball court, and ample landscaped gardens which my children love. Being ready to move in since January 2019 was also a big plus. The location in Anjanapura Township is developing, though reaching KR Market takes a considerable nearby drive. One issue we face is the parking; it can get a bit congested during evenings when residents return. Other than that, it is a comfortable living space.
