We shifted our office staff into one of the units at Metro Home recently. The proximity to Nandan Kanan Road helps our team reach the site quickly. Metro Buildeand Realtohave provided adequate car parking space which was our main requirement. The 1500 Sq.ft size is perfect for our needs. We also like that the building has an earthquake resistant structure. The only minor issue is the traffic near the bus stop in the evenings, but that is expected in this part of Bhubaneswar. Everything else is fine and the basic amenities like water supply and power backup are working as promised.
