The 3 BHK flat has a decent carpet area of 1180 square feet, and the layout feels modern enough for us. We really liked the landscaping and tree planting which makes the complex feel green. The option for both covered and open car parking is great. Metro Developealso included essential safety features like fire protection and fire safety requirements. The only slight drawback we've noticed is that the Electrification, while including solar energy, seems to rely heavily on the transformer and we've had a couple of minor power fluctuations. But overall, it's a good start for us.
