This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Metro Centre. It's ready to move, which made the process less stressful. I liked that they have a Sewage Treatment Plant and storm water drains, showing good infrastructure planning. Stewart School being a short distance is a huge bonus for future family plans. The developer, Metro Buildeand Realto, seems professional. The price point, though not specified here, was within my budget. My only minor concern is the road leading to the main Buxi Bazaar area can get very busy, which might affect commute times sometimes. Still, a good start.

Metro Centre offered a ready-to-move solution with essential amenities like fire protection and solid waste management. The proximity to Sun Hospital Pvt Ltd within 7 minutes provides a sense of security. The developer, Metro Buildeand Realto, has ensured basic necessities are covered. While the overall construction quality looks good, the noise from the main road can be a little intrusive at times, especially during the day. We are hoping this reduces once more residents move in and the area becomes more settled. It is a step up from our previous rental.
