  We finally decided to upgrade from our rental place to our own home here at Metro BuildeAlexandria Residency. The location in Coonoor, Nilgiris is quite peaceful, which is what we wanted. It is close to St. Josephs Boys AI Higher Secondary School, which is nearby, making the commute for the kids much easier. We were looking for something ready to move in, and this fit the bill perfectly. The developer, Metro BuildeBangalore and Ooty, seems to have a decent track record. My only worry is the parking situation; it looks a bit cramped, and we have two vehicles. We are hoping it won't be too much of a hassle once we settle in. Overall, it feels like a good step up for our family.

The location is excellent; it's close to essential services like St. Josephs Boys AI Higher Secondary School and Nankem Hospital, both within a couple of kilometeMy parents are quite happy with the surrounding environment. Metro BuildeBangalore and Ooty are the develope, and I've heard good things about their past projects. The only slight concern is the road access to the project, which could be a bit better, but my parents aren't too bothered by it as they don't travel much.

The proximity to Nankem Hospital, nearby, gives us peace of mind. We also liked that the Ooty Bus Stand is nearby distant, making travel accessible. The Metro BuildeBangalore and Ooty team were quite responsive during our site visits. The apartment layouts are practical, though we wish there was a bit more space in the living area. We are paying a bit more than we initially planned, but the convenience and the location sealed the deal. Hoping the maintenance charges are reasonable in the long run.

  We were looking for a family home and found Metro BuildeAlexandria Residency to be a good option. It's ready to move, which was a priority for us. The proximity to St. Josephs Boys AI Higher Secondary School is a major advantage, being nearby, significantly cutting down travel time for our children. Metro BuildeBangalore and Ooty have developed this project. The area itself is pleasant and offea good environment for raising a family. We liked the general feel of the place. However, we did notice a fair bit of dust from ongoing minor construction work in nearby plots, which can be a bit annoying sometimes. We are hoping this improves once everything is fully completed around the project.
