It's incredibly close to the hospital, saving me valuable time. The fact that it's ready to move in was a huge relief, allowing me to settle in without delays. I also appreciate being near major roads like Mettupalayam Road and Thadagam Road, which makes getting around the city straightforward. While the project itself is good, I've noticed some construction dust from ongoing developments nearby, which is a bit of a nuisance.

We chose Meritt infras Happy Town because of its excellent proximity to Lisieux Matriculation HSS, which is literally a minute's walk away from our new home. This was the deciding factor for us as a family with young school kids. The location in Saibaba Colony is also quite convenient, being close to Mettupalayam Road and Thadagam Road, which are major arteries of Coimbatore. It’s a ready-to-move property, so we could move in immediately and avoid the hassle of rent and construction delays. The New Bus Stand on Mettupalayam Road is also a short distance, which is handy for travel. The rooms feel a bit compact, but overall it fits our needs well for now.
