Meriton Tower by Shubh Laxmi Infrastructure & Developein Ambegaon Budruk seemed like a good option as it is ready to move. The 618 Sq.ft 2 BHK flat is perfect for two people. Key amenities like 24x7 water supply and genset backup were important for my parents' convenience. The entrance lobby looks well-maintained, and there is a lift, which is essential. The price was around 68 Lakhs. The only drawback I've heard from my parents is that the dust from nearby construction can be an issue sometimes, but that is common in developing areas. Overall, I am content with the purchase.

We chose Meriton Tower primarily because of its proximity to schools. Our children's school is right opposite. The 2 BHK flat we got is about 700 Sq.ft, which is a good size for our family of three. We paid around 75 Lakhs for our unit. The construction quality seems solid, and the vitrified tiles in the master bedroom are a nice finish. One issue we've noticed is that parking can get a bit congested, especially on weekends when visitoarrive. Otherwise, it’s a comfortable place.
