This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Meridian Residency in Hebbal. I opted for a 2 BHK, 1040 sq.ft, which cost me about 41.34 Lakh. The fact that it was ready to move in was a huge relief for a fit-time buyer like me. I liked the rain water harvesting system and the general greenery they’ve maintained. The location near the Outer Ring Road is convenient for commuting. However, I did notice some dust and construction debris from nearby ongoing developments, which is a bit of a concern for the future air quality. Meridian Buildedelivered this project a while ago, so I'm hoping the quality holds up. Overall, it feels like a decent start for my investment.

The price at 41.34 Lakh for 1040 sq.ft felt reasonable for the area, and it was ready to move in, which saved me a lot of hassle. I checked out the amenities like the rain water harvesting and power backup, which are practical. The location is reasonably connected, though getting to the Sandal Soap Factory Metro Station is about a nearby ride. My main concern is the parking; it seems a bit tight if you have guests over with caAlso, the construction was completed way back in January 2008, so I hope the general upkeep is good. Still, it provides good value.

I bought a 3 BHK apartment here, the 1423 sq.ft one. Meridian Residency is in Hebbal, a developing area. The price was around 55 Lakhs, which seemed acceptable for the size and location. Being ready to move in was a significant advantage. I appreciate the 24x7 security and the power backup system, essential for uninterrupted living. The project was completed in January 2008, so it’s an older construction, but it felt sturdy during my inspection. The proximity to Aster CMI Hospital is also a plus. However, the immediate access roads could be better maintained. Meridian Buildeseems to have a decent track record. It’s a practical choice for a family.

It's nice that it's already completed and we could see the actual flat. The location is decent, close to the Outer Ring Road which helps with commutes. We liked the landscaping and the cycling track they have. The only small issue is that some days the traffic on Bellary Road can be a bit much, especially during peak houOverall, it feels like a solid purchase for us right now, given we needed to move in quickly. The 24x7 security is also a big plus for peace of mind.

We needed a 3 BHK with enough space for our kids, and the 1779 sq.ft option at Meridian Residency seemed suitable. The built-up area is quite generous. We were attracted by the 41.34 Lakh starting price for the smaller flats, though our 3 BHK was closer to 70 Lakhs. Having Young ScholaAcademy nearby was a major deciding factor for us. The apartment is ready to move in, which is fantastic. We also liked the landscaping and the jogging track for evening walks. The main drawback is the noise from the nearby roads sometimes, which can be a bit disruptive. The Meridian Buildeproject does offer good value considering the location and amenities. We are happy with the space.
