  For my growing family, we needed more space, so we are looking at the 3 BHK apartments at Meras Azzaro. The 811 Sq.ft built-up area is substantial. My children are young and will soon be starting school, so proximity to SGVP International School (2.7 km) is a significant advantage. Meras Corp Llp is the developer, and we've heard good things about their quality. They offer amenities like a community hall and a swimming pool, which will be great for weekend relaxation. The gated community aspect is also important for safety. The December 2030 completion date means we have ample time. The dust and ongoing construction noise are noticeable now, but that's part of buying an under-construction property.

We are looking at the 2 BHK configuration, specifically the 857 Sq.ft built-up option because we want a bit more room to spread out. The location in Gota, Ahmedabad, is becoming quite popular. Meras Corp Llp is the developer behind this project. They offer amenities like a swimming pool and car parking, which are great. The completion date is December 2030, which gives us plenty of time to save more. The only slight worry is the Gandhinagar highway being nearby; we hope traffic isn't too bad getting there daily.

The connectivity is good, with Jagatpur Road and Chandlodia Road nearby. Meras Corp Llp is developing the project. We really liked the landscaping and tree planting plans. Solid waste management is also mentioned, which is a plus. While it is under construction, the developer seems to have a good reputation. The only minor issue is that the price point is a bit higher than we initially anticipated, but the amenities make up for it.
