    I moved into Menorah Alexandria about six months ago. The location is fantastic, right next to City Centre Mall and very close to KMC Hospital, which makes life really convenient. I chose a 3 BHK which is quite spacious, around 2182 square feet, and perfect for me. The amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool are well-maintained. There's also 24/7 security and CCTV surveillance, which gives me peace of mind when I am working late. The only slight downside is that the traffic on Light House Hill Road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but it's a trade-off for being so centrally located. Overall, it’s a good place for someone looking for a comfortable and secure apartment in a prime Mangalore area. The price was within my budget for this kind of location and size.

The project was completed in January 2014, which shows the developer, Menorah Realties, has experience. The apartment size is large, we got one of the 3668 square feet ones, offering plenty of space for our family. The location near Aloysius College is excellent, with Sharada Vidyalaya school and the old bus stand just a short distance away. Access to NH 66 is also convenient. We appreciate the landscaping and tree planting around the complex, it makes the environment pleasant. Parking is adequate for our needs. We are happy with the purchase.

The location in Hampankatta is superb, very close to everything we need – markets, hospitals like KMC, and even Kodialbail is nearby. We love the amenities, especially the children's play area and the swimming pool. The building itself feels solid and well-constructed. The price point of around 1.5 Crore for this size and location felt justified. The only minor issue we've noticed is that some of the common area lighting could be brighter. However, we are very excited to settle in.

While the price per square foot was on the higher side at the time of purchase, the capital appreciation in this locality has been steady. The roads nearby can be congested, which is a typical issue for central areas.
