Michigan Commerce Private Limited (Michigan) established in 1999, is engaged in real estate development and construction activity. The company is promoted by a Chartered Accountant and is being successfully run by two young entrepreneurs who have over 25 years’experience in finance, investment, retail and in real estate business. In real estate, company is presently focused on redevelopment of old residential buildings in Mumbai Suburban area. Michigan has association with experienced business partners and consultants that include eminent Architects, Design Consultants, Contractors and Solicitors who have established track record of executing over 50 building projects in Mumbai & Mangalore. Michigan has successfully completed three (3) residential projects for redevelopment of prime properties at Vile Parle (East) & Goregaon (East), prime residential localities in Mumbai. With completion of the said projects, Michigan has established itself as one of the upcoming developer of prime residential apartments in western suburbs of Mumbai. One more project located at Surathkal (Mangalore) also has been completed by Michigan in Sept 2019. The possession of the same will be given in Oct-2019 post the receipt of OC.
