I am Ashok Mirchandani, the founder of Malvik Estates, a Real Estate consultancy firm, based in Malabar Hill, South Mumbai. I started this concern in 1999 to cater to my customers, most of whom are individuals living in Mumbai and U.S.A. The firm specializes in selling and leasing of residential apartments located in South Mumbai (Colaba to Prabhadevi). I am also the founder member of South Metro-City Association of Realtors (SMART), an apex body for real estate brokers in South Mumbai, and was the past president. I am also an active member of the Rotary Club of Mumbai Malabar Hill. I believe in developing and maintaining relationships with my clients, understanding their needs and requirements by the nature of the client, which leads to a family-like bond over the years.
