We decided to buy this flat in Mekala Complex for my parents who are settled in Hyderabad. The main reason was the proximity to Sree Netralaya, which is less than a kilometer away, and they need regular eye check-ups. Also, being ready to move in was a huge advantage as we didn't want them to wait. The OC was received, which gives some peace of mind. It's in Pratap Nagar, Central Hyderabad, so they are quite familiar with the area. I hope the Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper has maintained good quality. We haven't seen the actual flat ouelves, relying on relatives' feedback. It seems like a decent choice for their comfort.

My parents will be using this, and they also need easy access to medical facilities, so the Sree Netralaya hospital being just 0.9 kilometeaway is a big plus. One minor drawback is the traffic congestion on the main road during certain hou, but that's typical for Central Hyderabad. It seems like a solid property.
