The location in Velachery is pretty central, with D. A. V. School nearby, which is good for future planning. We looked at a 3 BHK unit, around 1479 square feet built-up, which feels quite spacious for us. The price went up to 1.04 Crore for the larger units, which was at the higher end of our budget, but we managed. One thing that concerned us slightly was the dust from ongoing construction in the neighborhood, though the project itself is completed. We are excited to move in.
