  We chose Mehta Krupachhatra Complex because of its proximity to schools. Podar International School Baramati and Podar Prep Baramati are just a 5-minute drive, which is incredibly convenient for us. We bought a 2 BHK flat, the larger one at 572 square feet. It offeenough space for our two children. The closed car parking is also a plus for our family car. The completion date was April 2021, so it’s a relatively new construction. The area is developing nicely, and it feels like a safe neighborhood for children to grow up in. We are happy with the decision.

The location in Baramati is peaceful, which we appreciate after long workdays. The only slight drawback we noticed was the access road to the complex; it's a bit narrow and could be better maintained. However, considering the price and the developer, Mehta Builde, it's a decent investment.
