We were tired of paying rent and decided to buy our fit property together. Mega Sannidhanam offered us the space we needed. We chose a 2 BHK which has a good layout, around 1165 square feet, enough room for us and our hobbies. The proximity to St. Mary's Convent and High School, both nearby, is fantastic for future planning. The project has a party hall which we might use for family gatherings. The only drawback we've noticed is that the area can get a bit dusty due to ongoing development nearby. But the builder, Mega Group, seems to have a good reputation. We are happy with the decision to buy here.
