We were looking for a larger home and checked out Mega Pride Homes. The 3 BHK flats, around 1990 square feet, offer plenty of room for our family. It is currently under construction by Mega Meadows, with an expected completion date of March 2025. The immediate proximity to Dream World School is a huge advantage for us, saving us travel time. It’s also reasonably close to BALLARI Health City at nearby. The area around Siruguppa Road is developing, which is good. However, the construction activity means there's a fair bit of dust and noise pollution, which can be a bit botheome with young children. We are also concerned about the parking situation once the project is fully occupied, as it might be a bit tight.

We are tired of paying rent and decided to buy our own place. Mega Pride Homes looked promising. We are considering the 3 BHK configuration, which is quite large at 1990 square feet. The location in Havambhavi, near Siruguppa Road, is decent, and it’s close to Dream World School, which is great for our children. Mega Meadows is the developer, and they expect completion by March 2025. The construction quality seems good so far, but it is still under construction. The main drawback is that the access road to the project is a bit small, and during peak hou, it can get congested. We are hoping the surrounding area develops more and improves connectivity.

We liked the size of the 2 BHK flats at Mega Pride Homes, especially the ones around 1165 square feet. It feels spacious enough for us right now. The location on Siruguppa Road in Havambhavi is pretty good, close to Dream World School which is convenient if we plan for kids soon. Mega Meadows seems like a decent builder, they are under construction and expected to finish by March 2025. My only concern is that Havambhavi can get quite dusty during construction, and the traffic on Siruguppa Road can build up sometimes during peak houWe are hoping they manage the construction dust well. The area seems to be developing, so it could be a good spot for future growth.

I was looking for something manageable and a 2 BHK in Mega Pride Homes seemed like a good option. The super built-up area is around 1110 square feet, which is perfect for me. It's under construction right now, with completion expected in March 2025 by Mega Meadows. The proximity to BALLARI Health City at nearby is a big plus for me in case of emergencies. Being close to the KSRTC Bus Depot also means good connectivity. The only minor issue is that the road leading to the project can be a bit narrow and busy sometimes, but overall it’s a convenient location for my commute and daily needs. I feel it’s a safe bet for a single peon.
