We purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Mega Dream Home a few yeaback. The built-up area is around 1400 square feet, which gives us enough space. Living in Bangalore West, Kengeri, is quite accessible, and the Kengeri Bus Terminal Metro Station being so close is very convenient for daily travel. The developer, Mega Meadows, included essential amenities like 24x7 CCTV surveillance and a gymnasium. The Vastu compliant design was also a factor for us. The price was within our budget, approximately 40 Lakh. The only minor drawback is the noise from the nearby main road at times.
