I purchased a villa in Meenakshi Bamboos primarily for its strategic location in Hitech City, close to business centeand good connectivity via NH65 (2 KM). The 4 BHK villa offesubstantial space, around 4535 sq.ft., suitable for a large family or as a corporate guest house. The price is substantial, ranging from 7.97 Crore to 8.16 Crore, but the 2,50,000 sq.ft. Estate and the range of amenities like a Squash Court and Gymnasium are impressive. The fact that it's a Gated Community provides security, which is important for my family. The property was completed in June 2009.

Gives us plenty of room. The Outer Ring Road is nearby, making commutes much easier. We also liked the Gated Community aspect and the Tennis Court for weekend fun. The price is on the higher side, around 8.16 Crore, but the convenience and the amenities offered by Meenakshi Group justify it for us. The location on Kondapur Road is convenient, close to the HITEC City Main road which is good for accessing amenities. The Swimming Pool and Gymnasium are nice additions for staying active. The price point of around 7.97 Crore was within our expectations for this area. We did notice the construction completion was back in 2009, so it's an older property but looks well maintained. Overall, it offea comfortable living space.
